For over 25 years, our focus has been on breeding high-quality dressage horses. More than a decade ago, we – Andreas Winter and Steffi Winter – created a true paradise for horses and riders along the historic Via Sacra, nestled in the picturesque oasis of the Vienna Woods Biosphere Reserve. In this idyllic setting, we passionately breed Austrian Warmblood dressage horses that meet the highest standards – and whose exceptional quality is now recognized far beyond Austria’s borders.
In addition to breeding, we stand for innovation. At Gestüt Winter, we offer a wide range of individually tailored services – from young horse development and targeted training to promoting overall well-being and performance. Specialized programs such as water training for horses and supervised recovery phases after injuries are also part of our holistic care concept. Our constant goal: to create the perfect conditions for every horse’s development, performance, and well-being.
